Since these services are delivered immediately upon payment and cannot be "returned," we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

We offer a 1-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before purchasing.

No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Subscription fees already paid
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with features or analysis
  • Trading losses incurred while using platform data
  • Technical issues or temporary service interruptions
  • User's failure to use the subscription during its validity period
  • Early cancellation before subscription period ends

Payment Processing

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In rare cases of failed payments where money was debited but subscription was not activated, or duplicate charges due to technical errors, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Payment amount and date

  • Your registered email address

We will investigate and resolve genuine technical issues within 5-7 business days.
